Tools of Stone
*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 08/05/2023
Humans have made tools from stone for thousands of years through a process known as “flintknapping.” Although we now use tools of metal and plastics, many people have chosen to keep this stone tool tradition alive! Spend some time with stone tool experts and enthusiasts as you watch them at their craft and learn about the technologies of our ancestors while exploring the Schiele Museum’s Nature Trail and Stone Age Heritage Site.
