SCNP: Moth Pinning 101

Become an entomologist and master the art of insect pinning! We'll guide you through the entire insect pinning process using pre-collected moths. Moths pinned will be donated back to the Center for Biodiversity Studies for their collection.

Become an entomologist and master the art of insect pinning! We'll guide you through the entire insect pinning process using pre-collected moths. Moths pinned will be donated back to the Center for Biodiversity Studies for their collection. However, at the end of the program, you will leave with a moth specimen to pin at home, pinning supplies, and a newfound appreciation for these fuzzy flyers!
Pre-registration required for adults and children alike. Children ages 5 to 11 must be accompanied by a registered & participating adult age 18+; children ages 12+ may register on their own.
This program is for ages 5 and up and it is Free.
