SCNP: Black History Nature Series Presents: Black on Water
Embark on the journey of the complex history between African Americans and water. Explore historical figures, events, and organizations that helped combat the negative stereotype of African Americans being afraid of the water. This will be a lecture style presentation with a discussion throughout the program.

Pre-registration required for adults and children alike. Not a drop-off program; children must be accompanied by a registered & participating adult age 18+. This program takes place inside the fully accessible nature center.
This program is for ages 10 and up and it is Free.
