Disc golf is one of the fastest growing outdoor activities in Charlotte, and we have some fantastic courses to explore. Starting at the teeing area and ending in the basket, the goal is to complete each hole in as few throws as possible, just like regular golf. Hone your skills in this 'game of throws' at Stevens Creek Nature Center on 9/30, then put those skills to the test at "The Scrapyard" course at Idlewild Park on 10/14. Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to toss a disc with friends!
Pre-registration required. This is a drop-off program; please check your email for drop-off paperwork from E-Pact to complete in advance. Transportation to Idlewild Road Park from Stevens Creek Nature Center on 10/14 is available/included in price or you may choose to meet there.
Prior to the program, the instructor will email important information on how to prepare, what to bring, etc.
This program is for ages 8 to 12.
