At The Peaceful Dragon, you can learn tai chi, yoga, meditation, qigong, kung fu in our clean, spacious studios. Tai Chi and martial arts classes are taught by instructors trained personally by our Head Instructor, Master Eric Sbarge, and our yoga teachers are all certified by our Director of Yoga Studies, the renowned yogini Mara Healy (ERYT-500). Our children’s program is one of the finest children’s martial arts programs anywhere in the country.
