Since 1977, Park Road Books has been the cornerstone of independent bookstores in Charlotte, North Carolina. Located in the Park Road Shopping Center, we have been independently owned and operated for 41 years and are a full-service independent bookstore. A frequent recipient of Creative Loafing's Best in Charlotte Readers' Pick award, Park Road Books prides itself on finding the right book for the right person. We are part of the community, hosting author events and local book clubs, and strive to provide the best customer experience possible to our Charlotte family. Park Road Books deals with new books only and does not buy, sell, or trade used books.
