Charlotte Jiu-Jitsu Academy offers kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in NoDa for Lil' Pups (ages 4-6) and Bulldogs (ages 7-12). Classes help kids build movement, focus, confidence, and real grappling basics in a beginner-friendly environment. Parents are welcome to stay and watch, and your child's first two classes are free. Jiu-Jitsu isn't just for the young. At Charlotte Jiu-Jitsu Academy, some of our best competitors are over 40, and they're winning at the highest level.
Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for ages 4-12 in NoDa. Lil' Pups serves ages 4-6, Bulldogs serves ages 7-12, and beginners are welcome. Classes focus on movement, confidence, discipline, and real grappling basics in a safe, coach-led environment.
