The Charlotte Chess Center offers engaging chess camps for kids in Charlotte, NC, designed for beginners through advanced tournament players. Our camps and classes welcome young chess players from Ballantyne, Matthews, Pineville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Concord, Fort Mill, Harrisburg, Waxhaw, and other nearby neighborhoods. Our summer, holiday, and school-break chess camps combine structured instruction, fun activities, and supervised play in a welcoming environment.
We offer after-school chess clubs for K-8 in over 60+ public, private and charter elementary schools. We also have two Academy's for serious chess education and training with Chess Masters and highly professional chess staff.
