Weather Wizard (Rising Gr. 1-3)
Become a Weather Wizard for the week! Campers explore how weather works by building a weather station, creating a terrarium ecosystem, whipping up a twister, and making snow that never melts. They investigate wind, rain, and the water cycle while creating hands-on weather projects.

Ready to unlock the magic behind the weather? Campers become Weather Wizards as they explore why the sky is always changing. They’ll measure rainfall, use wind vanes, build a weather station, and harness the power of the sun. Campers also investigate weather phenomena by creating a mini-ecosystem in a terrarium, whipping up a twister, and making snow that never melts. Along the way, they explore clouds, wind, rain, temperature, sunlight, and seasonal changes through a mix of projects and experiments, including making ice cream. By the end of the week, campers will feel like true weather wizards and might even be ready to report the forecast on the 6 o’clock news!
