Waxhaw Tree Lighting 2025

Touch-a-Truck is a part of the Tree Lighting Event at the Downtown Park! Sensory Friendly Hour will take place 3 pm - 4 pm with no loud noises or sirens. Come out and enjoy a hands-on experience with dozens of cool vehicles, equipment, and heavy machinery including Police Cars, Fire Trucks, and many more! Santa will be making an appearance and families are welcome to take a photo with him! While on-site, be sure to enjoy food and treats from the food truck vendors on site. Free train rides around the park on the Polar Express! Holiday entertainment on stage at the amphitheater! New this year, Children's Entrepreneur Market will be set up selling holiday crafts and homemade goods - perfect for gift buying for the holidays.
