Bookworms, Book Marks and Repair/Clean Books for Promising Pages

Join Kidz That Care as we repair and clean donated books and make bookworm buddies/bookmarks for our friends at Promising Pages!! All supplies provided. If you would like to bring books to donate, that would be great but not required! All ages are welcome and certified hours eligible! This event will be held in Community Room B at South County Regional Library (max capacity: 24) so RSVP is required to Campbells@kidzthatcare.org by May 1st 5pm.

Promising Pages is a nonprofit organization that collects new and donated books and shares them with children living in the Charlotte Area Book Desert: those with few, if any, books at home. Their mission is to provide ownership of books to underserved children and cultivate a lifelong love of reading through innovative literacy programs and partnerships.
