Red, White & Homegrown 4th of July Celebration

Get ready to make your Fourth of July unforgettable with a little help from your local farmers markets! Our Red, White & Homegrown theme celebrates everything we love about this holiday: community, freshness, and supporting the people who grow our food.

 

From crisp produce and juicy berries to farm‑raised meats, baked goods, flowers, and locally made treats, you can find everything you need to make your July 4th delicious, festive, and truly homegrown. When you shop at a farmers market, you’re not just checking off your shopping list—you’re supporting local growers, makers, and families right here in our community.

 

At the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market, visitors can look forward to giveaways, kids’ activities, and a photo booth. Market Manager Amie will also be joining a friendly competition with other market managers in the area to see who can dress in the most patriotic outfit. Customers are encouraged to snap photos with market managers and post them using #redwhiteandhomegrown to help determine the winner.
