Discovering Strings and Art Camp
Our Discovering Strings and Art Camp is a great way to introduce your student to all that music and visual art have to offer. With a focus on violin or cello, students will lay the foundation to play an instrument – it’s amazing what skills they can learn in just one week!

Ignite their creativity and strengthen academic skills with a wide variety of fun activities including singing, music and movement, an introduction to each member of the string instrument family, painting, collage, collaborative 3D projects, and more. Each day we will enjoy open recreation time with games and integrative S.T.E.A.M. activities, allowing your budding artist to experience all the advantages that the arts have to offer. Families can share in the fun at the Camp Concert and Showcase, held on the final afternoon of each session.
All are welcome and there's no experience necessary to join in on the fun! This camp experience will start kids (Grades K-2) off on a creative journey in music and art that will last a lifetime.
