This camp is designed for those who want to discover the many facets of the food industry. Work with expert chefs as you explore either international cuisines or the world of baking and pastry, and take your skills to the next level. Learn about the science behind the techniques, and the importance of nutrition, agriculture and sustainability, along with new innovations and technologies in today’s food world. This year, students can choose from either a Culinary track or a Baking & Pastry Arts track to pursue their passion.
Class size will be limited to 10 students per instructor.
Date: Monday, June 10, 2024-Friday, June 14, 2024
Time: 9am-2pm
Drop off begins at 8:30am
Cost: $895 per week. (Tuition includes chef coat, hat, recipe book, equipment, and lunch)
