Camp Comets offeres a variety of options when it comes to summer fun. This year we will be exploring arts & crafts, hiking, 3D printing, farming and Esports. Each camp runs for four days Monday - Thursday and are half days.

Eat, Read & Craft

If you give a teacher a camp she will want to do crafts which will lead to cooking and when she cooks it must be shared. Come join a camp that has it all with so much fun the camper will want to stay all day.. An end presentation will be part. Sign up today.

Arts and Crafts

We are diving into all things classic arts and crafts! We'll explore all sorts of handcraft materials, techniques, and themes through a variety of art projects such as painting, crafting, and other mixed media. Students will learn some creative and practical skills to create masterpieces while also expressing themselves by showcasing their craftsmanship.

Let's Get Farming!

Join us for an adventure into life on a farm. In this camp we will learn about the products that are grown and produced on a farm, as well as the animals that are raised. We will cook with the food that is grown on a farm and make models of animals. On the last day of camp we will take a field trip to a working farm. This is going to be a fun filled, hands on experience, that all students can enjoy.

STEAM, 3D Printing, Esports

Embark on an unforgettable journey of innovation and excitement at our Grade 6-12 Technology Camp! Immerse yourself in the cutting-edge realms of E-sports, S.T.E.A.M., and 3D Printing. Unleash your gaming prowess, explore the wonders of science and technology, and bring your creative visions to life through hands-on 3D printing experiences. The camp will guide you through a dynamic fusion of education and fun, ensuring an immersive summer adventure that sparks creativity and ignites a passion for learning. Arts and Crafts

Please come and sign -up for the jewelry making class! The class will make several pairs of earrings, a bracelet, and a necklace as part of learning the basics of how to close clasps and other technical aspects of the craft. Some help with tools will be needed, but I will make sure they come away with some beautiful new items and skills! Come have some fun creating new jewelry!

Sports/Outdoor Hiking

Elevate your summer with our Grade 6-12 Sports Camp, where the thrill of athleticism meets the great outdoors! Our expert coaches are committed to fostering teamwork, skill development, and a love for fitness in a dynamic and supportive environment. Whether you're dribbling on the court, scoring touchdowns on the field, or conquering nature's challenges, this camp promises a summer of active adventure, camaraderie, and personal growth.

Arts and Crafts

Come make a lovely stepping stone for your garden, a planter, or coasters for your living room! You will pick from a variety of objects to make and decorate. You will get to make at least 3 items in this Mosaics class.

K - 5th grade

Activities of Daily Living

This will include planning and preparing basic hot and cold meals. Doing our own shopping (groceries), which will include choosing which stores, making shopping lists, planning routes. Managing transportation (public transportation and ride share). Learning clothing care/laundry at a laundromat (washing, drying, and folding). Learning time management (how to manage and use a planner, following a schedule, and making appointments). Any and all extracurricular activities, including maintaining a hobby, socializing with friends, family, and peers by following through on commitments. Learning basic hygiene and age-appropriate grooming.
