Discover the ins and outs of running a business! Teens will delve into menu planning, customer service, budgeting, and marketing strategies. They'll gain hands-on experience and entrepreneurial skills as we partner with Sunflower Club Mint Hill to run a student-led cafe. In addition to the Thursday enrichment class, students will be able to spend at least two Saturday mornings putting their planning into action by running The Schoolhouse Cafe. Teens only.
