Build an Escape Room Summer Camp
Looking for a fun and exciting adventure? Work with a team of fellow room designers to develop clues and interactive objects that lead players to a logical solution.
After plenty of testing, invite your family to puzzle their way out of your own one-of-a-kind escape room at the end of the week.
The campers plan, build, and test their own escape room during the week. Along the way, they gain the skills to be “playful” gamer through lessons that emphasize being strategic, responsible, welcoming, cooperative, and creative.
Experiment with 3D printing, simple circuitry, Arduinos & Raspberry Pis, game design, CNC, Epoxy, design flow, coding, painting effects, and what it means to be a game master as you build out the features of your room.
Timed Out Escape has 4 sessions during the summer of campers to attend. Open to campers ages 10 and up – in groups of 10-12 and 13 & up.
Camp includes:
- Hands on Workshops with technology for each camper to learn and take home with them
- Design entire 15-20 min escape room for family and friends to enjoy at the end of the week
- Play all four Timed Out Escape escape rooms
- Dedicated Timed Out staff available during week with camp counselors
- Morning and afternoon snacks included
- Pizza party Friday to celebrate room completion
- Camp T-Shirt
