Join pastry chef Jossie Lukacik and learn introductory cake decorating skills! In this class you will make swiss meringue buttercream, and white chocolate ganache.

You will learn to fill and crumb coat a 6 inch cake, and take home your cake at the end of class. Prior experience is not necessary, this class is the first step to learn cake decorating.

Cancellation Policy : Tickets are refundable until 1 week before your class date. Within 1 week if we can fill your spot in the class from a wait list you will receive a full refund. Tickets are also transferable if you can find someone to attend in your place.
