Mindful Minis-Connecting Movement and Mind

Wednesday 4:30 PM Mindful Minis @The Space (933 Louise Ave #302 Charlotte, NC 28204); $10 drop in
Mindful Minis: Connecting Movement and Mind; A unique 45 minute experience for your youngster that combines mindful practices, such as yoga, tai chi, and activities to direct energy, with mindful conversations to build a more mindful individual. Mindful Minis provides an opportunity to identify and explore different concepts and practices of both Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness through play! Each month we will have a different concept focus to learn more about oneself and how that reflects with the interactions around us. We use creative expression, while tuning into skills of compassion, empathy, intuition, leadership, awareness, self care, and so on.
Ages 4-12 years welcome.
Class will be led by our certified instructors: Nikki Seward and Justin Ervin
THEMES: January- Self Awareness, February – Self Management, March – Social Awareness/Management
