Join pastry chef Jossie Lukacik and learn introductory cake decorating skills! In this class you will make lemon swiss meringue buttercream, and chocolate ganache.

You will learn to fill and crumb coat a 6 inch cake, work on basic piping skills, and take home your cake at the end of class. Prior experience is not necessary, this class is the first step to learn cake decorating. This class can be made gluten free!
