Free Fitness Saturdays with YMCA - Northlake Mall

Get your heart pumping with fun, high-energy exercise classes for every fitness level at Northlake Mall. Join us the first Saturday of every month at 10:00 am in Grand Court for a FREE workout.
All workouts are led by local fitness instructors from the YMCA of Greater Charlotte.
