Kitchen Chemistry, 9:00am - Noon, Have you ever baked cookies and had them turn out flat or way too crunchy? Or have you ever wondered about the difference between types of flour or oil? We will be investigating the science that happens in our kitchens as we learn to prepare simple recipes. Campers will prepare food using the scientific method and their critical thinking skills. Join us for food, fun, and science! Rising Grades 5-9, Cost: $175
